Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Mentoring: 
• Guide and inspire the sales team to meet and exceed targets. 
• Provide training and mentoring to improve performance and skills. 
• Foster a collaborative and motivating team environment. 
Sales Management: 
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies. 
• Monitor team performance through KPIs and sales metrics. 
• Drive results in selling residential plots, villas, apartments, and farm plots. 
Client Relationship Management: 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. 
• Identify customer needs and deliver tailored property solutions. 
• Manage customer queries and provide top-notch post-sales support. 
Reporting & Feedback: 
• Track team progress and present reports to management. 
• Provide constructive feedback to team members for continuous improvement. 
Qualifications: 
• Proven experience in real estate sales, including plots, villas, and apartments. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Leadership experience with a track record of team success. 
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability. 
• Graduate (Any) and Post-Graduation (Any).
